- for lunch, fish, veal or chicken (50 grams), salad with vegetables (70-80 grams), buckwheat, rice or pearl barley (100 grams),
- between receptions drink a glass of kefir (low percentage of fat).

- normalization of the function of the gastrointestinal tract,
- removal of metabolic products from the blood,
